One of the things we enjoy as a specialist insight consultancy is the freedom to work with some great agency partners from the world of advertising, marketing communications, PR and digital. We just seem to fit well. We do what we are good at and leave the agency free to focus on their work output. But when clear consumer insight comes along and is absorbed and used by talented creative people the results are usually amazing from a client’s perspective. We know the agency world and the pressures involved and we enjoy the environment, we speak the language and we are discrete enough to understand our role in the process.
