Protecting your privacy is an essential part of running a market research business like ours. The Buzzz will not retain your Personal Data any longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. At this point, your data will be securely deleted from our IT system. Or if paper documents are held then these will be securely disposed of.

We do not normally need to share your data with any third party and any personally identifiable data is normally removed from our data prior to analysis and reporting.
If we do need to share any of your personally identifiable data with our client for reporting purposes then we will ask for your explicit permission and inform you with who we will be sharing it e.g. if we want to show a picture, video or sound recording of you.
There are occasions where the research you are participating in is conducted in an online environment. In these instances, we use cloud-based software from one of our suppliers and therefore your details are in effect being shared with a third party. In these cases we ensure we use reputable suppliers (data processors) who observe your privacy and confidentiality rights and whose processes meet the EU’s/UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), even if their data servers are located outside of the EEA we’ll ensure they have an appropriate level of protection.
ii) Information about you that we collect via our website
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Your name and email address if you wish to download one of our case studies
- Details of your visits to this Site include, IP address, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.
When you e-mail us or use a contact form within this Site, we will use your email address for the purposes of administering your query, responding to you or sending you information about our business. We will not publish your email address on this Site.
